Certain recent epiphanic moments have got me wondering..
How do you know if it’s your heart or your head? How do you know if it’s your ego masking your emotions and intuitions? How do you separate truth from reality and imagination from fiction?
And most importantly, how do you know?
Maybe my friends were right. Maybe we don’t realise how right we are for each other until it’s too late. Until it’s way too late.

A few things I've just realised
1. I enjoy and I’m good at the abstract, theoretical, philosophical side of law, but I am very bad at factual stuff that require me to memorise cases and statutes. I have 3 full days before family law screws me over. But positivityyyyyyyyy.
2. On that note, tomorrow I am going to get myself a big garlicky pizza bread and a box of chocolate truffles. Things you do to cheer yourself up.

Just scrolling through pictures of friends of friends (ultimate procrastination tool, no?) and saw photos from someone’s 18th birthday party. All these HELP A-levels kids all in tiny dresses and mega heels having dinner at some fancy restaurant. I remember being exactly like that. Looking back, it’s all a bit sad. We all try too hard to grow up.

Life is slow dying.
I woke up this morning and was informed about the passing of one of my mum’s closest cousins. He was 36, and his wife had just given birth to their first child last month. He was always healthy, and then last night he had a sudden seizure and that was it.
I think we all have a habit of assuming we’re going to live a relatively long life, but how arrogant of us it that? I’m sure...
“Leap and the net shall appear.”
That’s my motto for the year. To remind me to be fearless, to take risks, to go after my dreams and do what I want to do, with the faith that everything will be alright.
